PT Nabal Graha Artha ("the Company") was established under the name PT Nabal Graha Artha based on Notarial Deed No. 5 dated July 7, 2005 from Ny. Sermida Silaban, S.H., as amended by Notarial Deed No. 4 dated 9 January, 2017 from Alfi Renata, SH., M.KN. This deed of establishment, which constitutes the Company's Articles of Association, has been approved by the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree No. C-22251 HT.01.01.TH.2005 dated August 10, 2005, and has been announced
